Man Utd ‘crumble’, ‘Lampardy multi-assist’ in 1-3 loss to Brighton…2nd straight defeat + drop to 12th place
Manchester United has fallen.
Manchester United lost 1-3 to Brighton in the fifth round of the 2023-24 Premier League (PL) season at Old Trafford in Manchester, England, at 11 p.m. ET on Saturday. The loss is United’s second straight and leaves them in 12th place with two wins, three losses, and six points.

Brighton drove a wedge. In the 26th minute, Lampard sprinted down the left flank before crossing into the middle from just outside the penalty box. Pedro gave it a simple push, and the ball was sucked into the corner of the net. With the score at three, the Old Trafford home crowd began to leave.
