Traded Hwang Seung-bin reunites with Na Kyung-bok…Han Sung-jung makes ‘chinjung comeback’

Woori Card sent Na Kyung-bok to free agency and then sent captain and starting setter Hwang Seung-bin to KB Insurance in a trade.
“KB Insurance and Woori Card conducted a one-for-one trade to send out outside hitter Han Sung-jung and acquire setter Hwang Seung-bin,” KB Insurance said in an official press release on May 25.
KB Insurance is expected to fill the setter gap left by the enlistment of main setter Hwang Taek-ui with Hwang Seung-bin. The Woori Card also sent Na Kyung-bok to bolster the outside hitter position in Korea with Han Sung-jung, so Hwang Seung-bin will be reunited with Na Kyung-bok, who had previously moved to KB Insurance.
Hwang Seung-bin joined Korean Air with the fifth overall pick in the first round of the 2014-15 season and has since changed jerseys four times with Samsung Fire, Woori Card, and KB Insurance. In his last season, he appeared in 36 matches (140 sets) and recorded 64 points, 0.27 blocking, 0.07 serving, and 10.29 points per set.
Also traded was outside hitter Han Sung-jung, who returns to her hometown team after a year and a half away. Han started her professional career with the Woori Card as a first-round pick in the 2017-18 season. He played for the Woori Card until the 20-21 season before being traded to KB Insurance in a deal with Kim Jae-hwi and Kim Dong-min the following season 메이저놀이터.
In the 22-23 season, he played for KB Insurance, totaling 234 points in 34 games (115 sets) with an attacking success rate of 45.89%. He also had 0.21 blocking, 0.08 serving, and 32.27% receiving efficiency.
